My journey with cleaning began long before I launched my own company in the Netherlands. I am the daughter of hardworking Colombian immigrants who moved to Venezuela searching for a better future. There, my father built his own successful cleaning business from the ground up, with my mother working faithfully by his side.

Nineteen years ago, destiny brought me to the Netherlands with my baby daughter. Starting from zero in a new country, language, and culture, I rediscovered that deep-seated family passion for transforming homes.

Most of my clients are expats. It wasn't planned—it happened naturally. Because I know firsthand what it feels like to land in a new country, build a life, and face unfamiliar rental requirements. For me, cleaning is never just about dirt—it's about listening without judgement, relieving your stress, and leaving a space so immaculate that you can close one chapter and begin the next with total peace of mind.

✗ What We Do Not Cover (Exclusions)

  • Wall painting, plaster repair, or filling drill holes
  • Moving extremely heavy furniture or built-in appliances (to prevent floor damage)
  • External facade windows requiring scaffolding or cherry pickers
  • Biohazard cleanup, extensive toxic mould remediation or pest extermination
  • Disposal of discarded bulky furniture to municipal recycling centers

Not at all! In fact, it is much faster and more efficient when the home is empty. You can leave keys in a lockbox, with a neighbor, or hand them to us in the morning. When finished, we lock up securely and can leave keys in the mailbox or return them to your Makelaar.

Yes, 100%! We arrive equipped with industrial-grade vacuum cleaners, steam equipment, microfiber supplies, and specialized eco-friendly degreasers and anti-limescale formulas. You don't have to provide anything.

Our corporate and standard move-out rate is €70/hour (incl. 9% BTW and all materials). Every invoice includes 1 extra hour for preparation and sanitization of our equipment. You receive an official Dutch invoice (KVK: 81333919, BTW: NL003552700B77) suitable for company relocation expense reimbursement.

Our goal is a 100% full deposit return. If your landlord or rental agent highlights any item covered within our move-out scope during the official handover inspection, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to touch it up free of charge.

End of month dates fill up very quickly due to lease expirations. We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks ahead, although we always do our best to accommodate last-minute emergency relocations.
